Red Funnel's Customer Satisfaction

In 2014, we changed the methodology and introduced a continuous independent review system using Feefo's online platform. Customers using our Southampton<>East Cowes service are sent an email and are asked to rate Red Funnel's overall service and to score the sailings on which they travelled. Staff very friendly. We went upstairs to the South Lounge as we were travelling with a 6yr old and. 17month old, both needed to use the toilet by the South Lounge but I couldn't let my granddaughter use the toilet as the smell in there was disgusting and we couldn't stay as we were gagging. It wasn't a poo odour it was a 'very unclean' smell. I did look at the baby changing unit and there was no way I was going to change my grandson on it. I also couldn't find a cleaning duty sheet to say when they were last cleaned. I do think this is something you need to look into. I welcome your reply

Good trip from East Cowes to Southampton but trip back at 9pm left slightly late with no apology (only about 5 mins ) Always travel Red Funnel regardless

Coffee not as good as it used to be..
Hi yes as ever Red Funnel came up trumps late booking due to half term took my grandchildren to see my daughter who now lives at Cowes even better had a voucher for £34.50
For the first time ever travelling with red funnel a crew member listened to us when we said we needed extra door opening space due to my wife being disabled.
Unfortunately I didn't get the crew members name
The service you provided was excellent. The ferrys ran to time your staff were friendly and happy to help. My children and i were pleasantly surprised by a really happy gentleman waving us off the ferry dancing smiling and wavering at us as we came off the ferry in southampton. This really was service with a smile. We hoped he would be there on our return journey to and he was..that man is a credit to you. My children have told everyone about "the dancing ferry man". The only negative thing is the ferry prices are soo expensive. The vouchers we recieve in the post do help but still adds lots to a family day trip out.
The crossing was on this occasion without incident and everyone that I came into contact with was friendly and efficient
Relaxing trip no hassle had to change my return trip phone at 7.00am on day traveling out the lady I spoke to was pleasant extremely helpful and efficient could not praise them enough thank you red funnel
