My Red Funnel Log In Problems: A fault occurred at 1650 hrs on 26/11/2009 which prevented customers registering for an account through the booking process. It does not impact on customers who already have a customer account (login and password). A a fix was made at 11:20 hrs 26-11-2009
Payment issues: Customers sometimes experienced a card payment error and were unable to correct any keying mistake or use a different debit/credit card to pay for the booking. Resolved 27 Oct 2009.
eTickets: Due to a problem with an email server, no eTickets have been despatched since 2010 hrs on 3 Nov. This issue is now fixed.

Shortage of user sessions: Reservation system hardware has been upgraded to a 64 bit multi-processor platform to provide a 100% increase in user sessions and improved performance (21 Aug 09 1050 hrs).
Hardware move: All web and database servers have been successfully moved to a brand new data centre (site downtime approx 5 hrs, 27 May 0001-0500 hrs)
System outage: Server memory upgrades meant the system was unavailable between 0100-1000 hrs, 12 Mar 09
Amendment of Promotion Code Bookings: Users who add a promotion code booking to the shopping basket are unable to amend the booking details by using the back button or 'Make another booking' link. Attempts to do so result in a 'system error'. This problem was resolved Wed 18 Feb 09 @ 1615 hrs
Use of Promotion Codes: An issue preventing promotion code bookings being made online following a system update was resolved on Wed 14 Jan 09 @ 1800 hrs.
