Saver, Flexible or Premium - it's all about choice!

Saver: Our lowest fares. Changes are permitted, subject to an amendment fee of £5 per leg. In addition, if changing to a more expensive sailing (or extending the length of your stay in some cases) you will need to pay the fare difference. If the booking is cancelled up to 24hrs before departure a refund is paid minus a £20 charge, if cancelled within 24hrs no refund is due.

Flexible: These fares are more flexible, subject to availability. Changes are permitted with no £5 amendment fee, however if moving to a more expensive sailing (or extending the length of your stay in some cases) you will need to first check there is sufficient space on the ship and pay the fare difference. If the booking is cancelled up to 24hrs before departure a refund is paid minus a £10 charge, if cancelled within 24hrs a £20 charge applies.

Premium: Offers all the benefits of Flexible but with priority loading and disembarkation, free amendments (within the same day), free cancellations (full refund) and a 20% money-off food and drink voucher which can be redeemed at all Steam Coffee Company outlets. Note: departure time changes are subject to availability.
