What we can offer

We offer different options depending on the size of your establishment and whether you want to package ferry travel or allow customers to make their own bookings. We can help with customer profiling and provide valuable market insights to ensure you benefit from our advertising and PR activity, particularly if you join our holidays programme.

• Trade Rates: Trade rates are available to accommodation providers who want to package ferry travel with accommodation. Cash or Credit accounts available dependent on circumstances.
  • Cash Account: All bookings will need to be paid for at the time of booking online or by phone. 
  • Credit account: Credit facilities are available with payment taken by direct debit 30 days after the outward travel date.  Other credit facilities may be available on request.
• Discount Codes: If you prefer and it suits your business better, we can also offer Discount codes which are single use and give your customers a 15% discount on our standard web price.  This allows your customers to make and be responsible for their own ferry bookings.

What we can offer

Red Funnel offers ferry travel to Travel Agents and Tour Operators with customers wishing to visit the Isle of Wight. 10% commission is payable for the ferry element of the holiday.

Accounts spending less than £6k per annum will be on a 'pay as you go basis' (cash account). Credit facilities are available for larger accounts with invoices raised 30 days prior to departure. Get in touch with our Sales Team to find out more.

• Book by phone: Credit and cash account quotes and bookings can be made by phone. Just call the Contact Centre on 02380 019192 and quote your account number. eTickets will be sent automatically.
• Book online: Login to your credit or cash account to obtain a quote for ferry travel or book online. Any discounts and commission will be applied. eTickets will be sent automatically.
• System integration: Agents, tour operators and multiples can book ferry travel with Red Funnel using their own systems if connected to Xchange, the Travel Trade hub from Pharos Data Ltd.
